Communications Built for Developers, Brokers, and Visionaries
NOYSE turns real estate projects into powerful brands. From pre-launch to full occupancy, we shape the narrative, drive visibility, and support sales teams with communications that actually move the needle.
Social Media Repositioning • Brand Messaging • Lead-Driven Strategy
Repositioned Corporate Suites as the alternative for companies that have outgrown coworking: they need privacy, professionalism, and stability, not hot desks.
Corporate Suites wasn’t lacking content, they were lacking clarity. Their social media presence failed to reflect the professionalism, privacy, and long-term stability they deliver across Manhattan. Instead, they were being perceived as just another coworking option, underselling a premium offering designed for companies that need discretion, credibility, and client-facing offices.
Noyse rebuilt Corporate Suites’ social media strategy from the ground up.
We began with a deep audit and competitor analysis, identifying where their strongest differentiators were being lost in generic coworking-style messaging. From there, we completely reframed the narrative, positioning Corporate Suites as the clear alternative for companies that have outgrown shared spaces and need private, professional offices.
We developed a new messaging architecture, brand voice, and content pillar system designed to speak directly to founders, executives, legal teams, financial firms, and consultants. Visually, we elevated the social aesthetic to match Manhattan-level professionalism, emphasizing private offices, refined design, and trust built over decades. Every post was engineered to support real leasing goals, not vanity metrics.
Corporate Suites now presents as a confident, premium private office provider with a social media presence that supports real business outcomes. The repositioning clarified their market role, differentiated them from coworking competitors, and aligned content directly with tours, inquiries, and leasing objectives. Social media is no longer just content, it’s a strategic extension of their sales pipeline.
Brand Repositioning
From an outdated venue identity to a modern, community-driven destination for events, wellness, and creativity in Newark.
Formerly known as Menta Venue, the business had outgrown its name, its visuals, and its message. The brand felt generic, the value was unclear, and the digital presence didn’t reflect the space’s true potential. As the venue expanded beyond traditional events into wellness and creative programming, the existing identity was holding growth back instead of driving it forward.
Noyse rebuilt the brand from the ground up—starting with a strategic rename that anchored the venue in Newark and made it instantly memorable: Menta → Broad & Eighth. We developed a modern, community-forward positioning and a full visual system designed to work across events, classes, and local storytelling.
We then rebuilt social media into a growth and conversion engine using clear content pillars: event rentals, wellness/creative programming, community vibe, and brand values. Finally, we connected content to revenue by improving the booking journey with clearer CTAs, funnel education, and branded templates for consistent class promotion and scheduling.
Broad & Eighth emerged as a fully realized, community-forward brand with a confident digital presence and a clear market position. The venue now communicates exactly what it offers: a polished event space and a vibrant neighborhood hub for wellness and creativity. The new brand has already driven stronger engagement, clearer customer understanding, and increased booking conversions — positioning Broad & Eighth for long-term growth and community impact.
Brand Repositioning • Visual Identity • Website Redesign
From a generic carpentry brand to a refined, design-forward architectural partner.
Infinito Woodcraft didn’t need a surface-level refresh, they needed a brand that matched the caliber of their craftsmanship. While their work was premium, the existing identity failed to communicate sophistication, architectural credibility, or strategic value. The brand undersold their expertise, limiting how they were perceived by developers, architects, and high-end real estate partners.
Noyse rebuilt Infinito Woodcraft from the foundation up.
We began with a deep brand audit, analyzing competitors, messaging gaps, visual inconsistencies, and customer touchpoints. This led to a clear repositioning: Infinito is not a carpentry shop, they are architectural partners who elevate property value through precision, design, and craftsmanship.
From there, we executed a full visual and digital transformation. We designed a minimalist, architectural-inspired logo system, introduced a warm, luxury-grade color palette rooted in natural materials, and rebuilt the website entirely. Structure, design, and copy. Every word and visual was crafted to speak directly to developers, designers, and real estate decision-makers, positioning Infinito as a premium, must-have partner rather than a vendor.
Infinito Woodcraft now presents as a high-end architectural millwork brand aligned with the luxury real estate market it serves. The rebrand elevated perceived value, strengthened credibility with larger developers, and created a polished, cohesive brand experience across web, print, and sales materials. The result is a confident, refined identity that finally reflects the level of work Infinito delivers on every project.
