As Vice President of Social Media at Noyse, Romi leads the agency’s full social and digital output, from content strategy and influencer programs to paid media and real-time campaign execution. She works across a range of client industries including tech, real estate, business leadership, and impact-driven organizations, bringing the same strategic rigor to a mission-driven nonprofit as she does to a high-growth company managing its public presence.
Romi holds a B.A. in Advertising and Marketing Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology and is currently completing her MBA at Monroe University.
Her academic background, combined with hands-on agency experience, informs a strategic approach rooted in both creative intuition and business outcomes.
