Our Story: Passion and Expertise Behind Noyse
Noy Assraf’s journey in the world of public relations and strategic communication is marked by a blend of diverse experiences and academic excellence. After her service at the IDF Spokesperson Unit, Noy honed her skills at CRPR, a leading PR firm in Israel, where she quickly rose to the role of VP of Clients. Here, she managed high-profile clients, including major US Jewish organizations, and led numerous press delegations.
With a B.A. in Social Sciences and Humanities and an M.A. in Governance and Public Policy from the Open University of Israel, Noy’s academic background complements her professional expertise. Her tenure as the Director of Media Outreach and later as the Director of Strategic Communications at the Consulate General of Israel in New York further refined her skills in managing diverse media relations.
In 2022, driven by her passion for impactful storytelling and strategic communication, Noy founded Noyse (formerly NSA Creatives). With a focus on Publicity Management, Noyse was created to offer both targeted campaigns and ongoing brand management. Combining her global experience with a fresh, innovative approach, Noy envisioned a firm that helps brands break through the noise, delivering measurable results and sustaining their presence across media, social channels, and key markets.
